These are Post-It-Note Holders I've made for a craft show this weekend. They were super easy and fun to make, and what a great idea too! So often I lose track of Post-It-Notes on my desk, because they are so small. Now, I will not only not have any difficulty finding them, but they are a nice decorative accent as well. The holders are also re-usable: the Post-It-Notes are glued on to the inside of the holder. When you've run out of notes, just glue a new pad in place.
Here are some 'scanned' close-ups of the individual Post-It-Note Holders. I used four different stamp sets: Crafty Secrets 'Bird Notes', and Stampin Up! "Like It a Latte",
The Cat's Meow", and "Music Speaks"; all retired. Embellishments like ribbon, brads, dew drops, etc., were added to every note holder.
The front and back covers are chipboard coasters covered in various designer papers. I used my 'Bind-It-All' to bind the two coasters together.
Need some quick and inexpensive gifts for your friends and family this Christmas? Or how about some Stocking Stuffers? Make some Post-It-Note Holders! I'm sure everyone will love them! I know I do!
Till tomorrow, Amy
These are so sweet, Amy--good luck at your craft show!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea! Very cute and so practical! All the best at your craft fair!
ReplyDeleteThese would make great gifts. It would be cool to come up with some type of closure (magnetic, velcro, etc.) so they could travel in a purse too. Great idea!
ReplyDeleteGREAT idea ... thanks!! Love all the different ideas you used on these holders!!!
