Glittered Pumpkins

Here is a fall card I made for yesterdays color challenge on Splitcoaststampers. The colors I used were Stampin Up!'s 'Tangerine Tango, Chocolate Chip, Kiwi Kiss, and Very Vanilla'. I used three different stamp sets to make this card: Hero Arts "November" and "Happy Thanksgiving" and Inkadinkado "Harvest Expressions".
I stamped the large pumpkin twice so I wouldn't have to cut out the swirly stems. First I stamped on the vanilla carstock, then I stamped it again and cut it out, placing it over the first stamped image. The other two smaller pumpkins were also cut out. I used Stampin Up! 'Heat and Stick' powder and 'Dazzling Diamonds' to get the glittery look on the pumpkins. The leaves are from Walmart. They come with the glitter already on them and I got the whole bag for only $1.00. The ribbon is from Michaels. The edges of the vanilla cardstock were sponged with 'Tangerine Tango' and 'More Mustard' ink from Stampin Up!.
I don't know about you, but the colors are definately starting to change where I live. I'm hoping to get out and take some pictures of my yard today so you all can see what my garden looks like in the fall. Its not peak fall season yet, but my 'Autumn Blaze' maple is looking particularly lovely right now, so I'm hoping to capture that beauty on film before its gone.
Till tomorrow, Amy
