This card I water colored, then I didn't like it, but couldn't throw it away because I spent so much time and effort on it, so it sat on my desk for months, and months, and months. Well, then someones father in our church died, and I needed a sympathy card really, really fast. And then I saw it, the neglected water colored image. That would make a card really quick, but could I spruce it up enough to make it a worthy, meaningful card to actually give to someone? I did!
I spritzed the entire floral image card base with Sheer Shimmer. That itself was almost an instant fix, because it added so much to the flat image. Then, because I didn't want to cover up any of the image, I stamped a sentiment onto vellum and attached it to the card base with two pink brads.
And there you have it. A lovely card made from what I thought was a mistake. So glad I never threw it away.
Have a great day! Amy

What a beautiful card! Sometimes the best pieces of artwork are originally ones we think are mistakes. Thanks for popping in and commenting on my creative studio.
