A Pink and Pretty Pure Innocence Card

Hello,  I'm back from Florida!  What a shock it was to leave temperatures in the upper 70's/low 80's and come back to the frozen tundra of Wisconsin!  Our house didn't freeze like it did last year, but it was cold.  It was only fifty degrees in our main living area, and fifty eight degrees in our addition when we came home last night.  We immediately started a fire in our wood stove, and after a very long, chilly night I can finally say it's toasty warm again!

Although the drive down and back to Florida was very long and stressful, our five days there were wonderful.  It was so great to see our kids again.  We did so many fun things that I can't wait to share with you.  If you're interested in my vacations I do a travel post every Wednesday.  I also took plenty of pictures of all the gorgeous Florida flowers while I was there, and those will be posted on Sundays.  On Friday I will do one long post of all my Florida fashion outfits.  If your only interested in certain topics of my blog, I do follow a regular topical blogging schedule and that is visible in my sidebar.

Today is Tuesday so I always post a craft and I have a pink and pretty Pure Innocence card to share.

The card was for a little girl so I used a bright pink card stock for my background.  I embossed it with a Cuttlebug Embossing Folder.

I stamped the image onto white card stock, colored it, and cut it out.  I then popped it up on dimensional on top of two circular backgrounds cut with Spellbinder's Nestabilities.

I put Stickles in all the flower centers.  The flower embellishments were cut with MFT dies.

The sentiment was stamped on vellum.  I really love stamping the sentiment onto vellum for it doesn't cover up any of the images or pretty papers.

Have a great day!  Amy
