Birds and Botanicals

Today's card contains two of my favorite things:  Birds and Botanicals.  It was made for a woman celebrating her 70th birthday.  I used retired Stampin' Up! "Touch of Nature" for the main image, and the sketch is from Splitcoaststampers (SC376).

The papers are Prima "Botanical".  An MFT die was used to create the scrolls, and a Spellbinder's Die was used to create the oval shape for the sentiment.  I distressed the panels with Tim Holz Distress inks.

A doily, that I aged by sponging on more ink, was placed behind the panels for added interest.  Prima flowers and adhesive crystals were used for embellishment.

The designer papers were all matted on Always Artichoke card stock.

Have a great day!  Amy
