Digital Tuesday Challenge 'Child's Play'

Hello and welcome to another Digital Tuesday Challenge.  This week's challenge is called 'Child's Play'.  Simply make a card or project with a  youth image on it and be sure to include at least one digital element.  Our sponsor this week is Pink Gem and they are giving away three digis to one lucky randomly chosen winner.

To make my card, I used the Pink Gem image 'Josh on Bike'.  I printed the image twice and cut out and popped up both his hat and the puppy up on dimensionals.  It's really cute in real life, but it's hard to see the dimension in the photograph.  My sketch is by There She Goes (TSG166) and the paper is Lime Twist 'Fly a Kite'.  I felt the stars in the paper went well with the stars on the boy's shirt.  The sentiment is from Inkadinkado (The Mickey Mouse Set), and the inside of the card reads 'It's Your Birthday!'.  Two types of ribbon, a photo corner, a clip, twine, and brads were added for embellishment.

If you'd like to play along with us, simply click on the Digital Tuesday Challenge Blinkie in my sidebar and it will take you directly to the Challenge Site with further instructions.

Have a great day! Amy
