Sending Smiles

Hello and Happy Tuesday!  I am back with a paper crafting post today using one of my new Doodle Garden images I purchased from MFT when they were having one of their retirement sales.
This card was directly cased from Jodi, you can see her card HERE.  Whenever I buy a new stamp, I usually like to case a card from another designer first before I get comfortable with it enough to create my own artwork.  I like to do this to practice coloring the new image and to get a feel for the space it would take up on a card, etc.  The only thing I changed was the papers and colors and I used a different flower embellishment.  I also used a scalloped oval Nestability instead of a plain one.
My flower is an old digital image from MyGrafico that I already had printed.  I simply colored it in, cut it out, and then bent the edges of the paper a bit and mounted it up on dimensionals.    I added Stickles to the little girls dress just like Jodi did.

Have a great day! Amy
