The Key to Love

Hello!  I was in need of a couple of Anniversary Cards this month, and I wanted to keep it Clean and Simple since I'm always running out of time.

I saw THIS card on a blog and I loved the way the sentiment panel went through the heart die, so I decided to case it.  Since I felt the heart was very whimsical, I wanted playful designer papers and colors to go with that theme.  I used my sewing machine and stitched the vanilla card base onto the designer paper.

For my next card, I just let the designer paper do all the work for me and I only stamped a sentiment and adhered it to the card base.  I did use a antique gold glitter card stock underneath the designer paper so it has a beautiful gold edge.  The sentiment is embossed with gold embossing powder too.
Have a great day! Amy

  3. I have that heart die and I love it! The heart and the background paper make for a fabulous card. Love the softness of the second cards colours and the simplicity of only adding the sentiment!
