Another Nutty Birthday Card

I thought the colors of last weeks Paper Craft Planet Color Challenge were perfect for my new squirrel images, so I decided to make another 'Nutty Birthday Card'. The colors were Stampin Up! "Kiwi Kiss", "Elegant Eggplant", "Chocolate Chip", "Creamy Caramel", and "Very Vanilla"
I used the new 'Branches' embossing folder from Cuttlebug on the 'Creamy Caramel' Cardstock. The leaves were punched with the Martha Stewart "leaf" punch. Brads were added for embellishment. The images were colored with Copic Markers. The inside of the card says 'Happy Birthday' and has more squirrel and nut images stamped inside. The images are from 'Clear Dollar Stamp' and the set is called 'Just Nutty'.
I had a wonderful time in Minneapolis yesterday watching the musical 'Wicked'. I will share photos and my story on my 'Birthday' post on November 28th! Thanks to all who have sent me birthday cards so far. I'm overwhelmed with your thoughtfulness.
Till tomorrow, Amy

  1. This little guy is SO cute and you're right ... the color work perfectly with him!! I like how you color coordinated the MS branchs with the card colors ... I punched some out too but didn't like how they looked with my card so nixed the idea! Great job Amy!!
