Dried Flower Embellished Card

Hello!  I have a simple, rustic card to show you today.  I found this dried flower embellishment on clearance for 25 cents and thought it would make a easy, quick, and simple card so I bought it.  I simply adhered it to a Very Vanilla dry embossed panel of 'Branches' and I added a tiny bit of designer paper and hemp on the edge.  I used a Nestabilitie to adhere a birthday sentiment to the image.
The button and ribbon were already on the dried flower embellishment.  I used  dark chocolate card stock for my card base.
After making this card, I thought it might be fun to experiment drying and pressing my own flowers from my garden this summer to use on cards.  It would be a way of sharing the flowers from my garden with others.  I will have to give it a try!

Have a great day!  Amy
