Digital Tuesday Challenge #5 'Teacher Appreciation'

Its Tuesday! Time for another Digital Tuesday Challenge. This week's challenge was to create a card or project in honor of Teacher Appreciation Day (which is today by the way!) using your Digital Images. I chose this fabulous new image from Digital Stamp Oasis called '#1 Teacher'. Isn't this the cutest school image ever? And so much fun to color.

To make my card I used 'The Grade School Stack' Designer Papers from DCWV. Card stock colors are White, Black, and Wild Wasabi. I mounted the main image panel and the squirrels up on dimensionals. I added 3 clips for embellishment. The image was colored with Copic Markers.

Here is a side view so you can get an idea of the dimension.

If you'd like to play along this week, just click on the Digital Tuesday Challenge Blinkie in my sidebar. All participants will be entered in a random drawing to receive FREE images from Digital Stamp Oasis!

If you'd like to buy this image, just click on the Digital Stamp Oasis Blinkie in my sidebar and it will take you to Ellie's Store.

I had a busy day yesterday cleaning up a very messy house, doing FOUR loads of laundry, and working in my garden (still plucking all those dandelions out of my flower beds! UGH!). Today its raining, so I will just enjoy the day in my craft room, then if my son's Track Meet isn't rained out I'm off to see him run a bit then I'm off to my local scrap booking store to make some cards with my lady friends! So it will be a GOOD DAY! I hope you have a good day as well. God Bless! Amy
