To make my card I pulled out my trusty DCWV 'The Pet Stack' paper pad. The paw print panel I made myself with an old retired Stampin Up! Wheel. The paw print panel, main image panel, and the puppies head are all popped up on dimensionals. The tag is from JoAnn's.
