Stitch Fix #17: I Got My Red Pants!

I am so excited to start a new Stitch Fix box review because I got my wish:  a pair of red pants!  If you read my review of my last Fix,  I asked for red pants and received a burnt orange pair of capris instead.  I really wanted a cherry red pair of ankle pants, so I sent them back.  I'm glad I did, because my stylist was able to find the perfect pair for me for my seventeenth Fix.

The pants are by Kut From The Kloth and are called the "Candace Split Hem Skinny Jean".

For photography purposes only,  I styled the pants with an old choker top from a.n.a from JCPenney.  I carried a black Liz Claiborne tote,  and completed the red theme with a red and silver bracelet and red shoes.

The pants fit pretty well.  I was worried that were a hair too big for me (as they are a stretch denim) but hubby didn't think so and didn't want me to request a smaller size.  And after looking at the washing instructions, they most likely will shrink a bit so it's probably good they are a bit loose.

My top went perfect with the pants for the red in the flowers matched the red in the pants very well.

My shoes are new this season.  I bought them at JCP for only $20.00 (plus coupon) but even though they have a chunky heel I find them a bit difficult to walk in.  I think it's because of the heel height.  The red in the shoes was almost an identical match with the red in the pants.  Wearing shoes the same color as my pants elongated my legs.  My husband loves the shoes, and wishes I would wear them more often.  So do I, but I can only wear them on days I know I won't be walking too much.

The shoes are by Worthington and are called Beckwith Women's Heeled Sandals.  They come in many different colors and patterns.

I am absolutely thrilled with my new red pants and I can't wait to wear them!  It's a great color for all seasons!  I'm also anxious to show you the rest of my Fix in my fashion posts to come, because it was a really great Fix:  I kept three things!

Have a Great Day!  Amy
