Ageless Style is a monthly style challenge and link up for women of all ages. Each month we pick a different theme and style an outfit based on that theme. This month's theme is "Pink or Red" and was picked by Jennifer.
Pink and red are two colors I have worn a lot over the years, especially for Valentine's Day and Christmas, so for this month's challenge, I thought I would just take a stroll down Memory Lane and show you all the different ways I have styled these colors.

These are all such fabulous pinks and reds! I tend to wear pink or red with black a lot as well.
ReplyDeleteThank you! They are classic color combos.
DeleteI almost always think red and black together...it's such a natural combination to me! I really love that last photo!

It sure is. Thanks so much!
DeleteSo many cute looks! My favorite is the red with the black denim skirt. And the photo with your grandchildren is precious!
ReplyDeleteJill - Doused in Pink
Thank you. That's one of my favorites too.
DeleteI love the precious photo with the kiddos!
ReplyDeleteThank you. Precious memories. Now I have 4 of them!
DeleteLove the montage of pictures in the color palette. Sometimes when I got down memory lane I am reminded of how many great options I have in my closet. I love the one of you holding the Love pillow, that blazer is beautiful. I also love that picture of you on the boardwalk. Oh summer, how I miss you.

Thank you. Yes, I still own most of these items, I did get rid of the floral cardigan though. My daughter really wanted it. I miss summer too. I've been sick most of the winter and I'm tired of it.
DeleteI have to say you really can't go wrong with pink. It is a flattering color for most people and matches with a fair amount of colors. You did a great job, so many great stylish looks here!

I agree about pink. Thanks so much.
DeleteI love red, although I don't wear it very often. You look great in all your outfits with the pink and red theme.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much!
DeleteEvery single outfit is so cute! You really have a great sense of style and those are all fabulous colors on you!
ReplyDeleteOh thank you! That is such a nice compliment.
DeleteYou look lovely in all these outfits, great colour combinations! I wear red at Christmastime and in February. I wear red and white every Canada Day! 🇨🇦🇺🇸

Thank you. Those are probably the times I wear the colors the most too, except for me it would be the 4th of July.
Deleteoff topic here, but a gardening question. Do you ever do winter sowing? starting seeds in plastic containers outdoors? I'm curious if you have done this?
ReplyDeleteNo. It's just too cold here, and we can get snowstorms through April. They would not survive. I don't like seedlings in general. I feel by the time you buy the seeds, the soil, the containers, it costs as much as the plant. Plus mine never seem to do well. I don't have the humidity of a greenhouse. My house is very dry because we heat with wood stoves.
DeleteLovely outfits in red and pink! Always a cheerful look! I love wearing red at Christmastime and February!
ReplyDeleteBlessings and warm wishes!

Thanks again!
DeleteI never wear red, but think it looks great on others!
ReplyDeleteNot all colors are for everyone. I don't look good in yellow at all.
DeleteSo many great looks. I love every single one.
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteThere are definitely lots of fun ways to switch up pink and red! I really like your outfits!
ReplyDeleteThanks Laura.
