A New Adventure

Hello! Today I have exciting news to share. About a month ago I received one of the sweetest emails from a woman named Diane who was on a new adventure of starting her own Digital Stamp Company (along with the help of some friends). Diane noticed my work on the Crafter's Digital Art Center and thought my style would be the perfect fit with their images and she asked me to be one of their very first design team members. After seeing all their images, I couldn't agree more, their whimsical and delightful images suit me perfectly! The name of the new company is Paper Fashions, and you are just going to love their cute images and the amazing talent of the owners Diane, Gayla, and Melissa.

For my very first card as a Paper Fashions Design Team Member, I used images from two different sets: "Sweet on You" Bingo Cards, and "Cherry Delights Bundle". The sketch is old Splitcoaststampers Sketch (SC313). The paper is Cosmo Cricket 'Early Bird'. The sentiment is computer generated. I 'aged' a real paper doily with Tim Holz distress ink. I also 'aged' the Bingo Card slightly too.
I look forward to creating and sharing more projects from Paper Fashions over the next few months. It's great to be part of a launch of a new company. Be sure to join us over at The Crafter's Digital Art Center too!

Have a great day! Amy

Happy Grad Bird

Well it's that time of year again. I needed to make 5 graduation cards by Sunday, and so far I've made one. And here it is! I used the new Doodle Pantry set 'Grad Hats' with a Doodle Pantry Freebie called 'Happy Bird' to create my card. The sketch is by Verve, and the paper is by DCWV 'The Celebration Stack'. I added adhesive crystals, ribbon, and Cuttlebug Star Die Cuts for embellishment. Here is a close up so you can see the coloring.

Now off I go back to my craft room hoping to make a few more graduation cards. Wish me luck.

Have a great day! Amy

McMahonVintage Digitals: 'Vintage Hunter'

Hello! Today I have another masculine card to show you that uses a McMahon Vintage Digital called 'Vintage Hunter'. My sketch is by Verve, and the paper is DCWV 'Old World Stack'

The sentiment is by Crafty Secrets and I used a Martha Stewart punch for the bottom of the 2nd panel. The image is colored with Prismacolored Pencils and Gamosol.

Be sure to check out the McMahon Five Designs Blog for the rest of this week's new releases. And while your at it, check out my fellow design team members blogs too. They are listed in my sidebar.
