I even hate to admit how many times I have to read over a written recipe when it's new to me...These looks great, and not too hard to make, wish I could eat unbreaded shrimps. I will have to watch the chicken breast video because I am always on the look out for new ideas for chicken breast. BTW yesterday I made the one pot spagetti meal you shared a little while ago (I don't have a cast iron skillet, so I ended up making it in my large pot then moving it to a casserole dish) but it was so good, super easy to make and everyone loved it (I even said myself it was better than the spagetti I usually make, and the ingredients for my spagetti were almost the same.
